We reserve the right to change this website and correct or update information (including product information and pricing) on it at any time without notice.
 
Registration
When registering on www.arredo.co.uk you warrant that:-
 
The personal Information which you are required to enter when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects and that you will notify us immediately of any changes to your account by contacting us by email info@arredo.co.uk
 
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
 
Ordering
Shopping at www.arredo.co.uk is a fast and secure process. You can either use the categories along the top of each page to find the products that you are looking for or use the search box above the categories on every page. Once you have found the items you wish to purchase simply click on the ‘Add to Shopping Bag’ icon to add it to your order (you will not have committed to buy at this stage). Now you can either ‘go to secure checkout’ or ‘Continue Shopping’. If you wish to continue shopping you can view or amend your order at any time by clicking on ‘Shopping Bag’ always at the top of the page. You can still cancel the order at this point in time. Should you wish to amend your selection, simply click on the ‘Remove’ or ‘Update’ icon (to update the quantity) by the product you do not require or wish to update in the ‘Shopping Bag’ page, the page will then refresh itself.  To complete your purchase, click on the ‘go to secure checkout’ icon. You will now be required to ‘Sign In’ or ‘Register’ and confirm your Shipping and Billing address by clicking ‘Continue’. You will now be taken to ‘Overview & Confirmation’, please ensure you check this carefully and make any amendments before clicking ‘Proceed to Payment’

You have a choice of paying for your order using credit or debit cards and Paypal. To complete your order using a credit or debit card simply input your card details, the name shown on the card and the security code number and then click the ‘Place your order’ button. If you are using a Visa or Mastercard, as an additional security measure you may be required to enter your 3D secure pass code. To complete your order using Paypal, chose the Paypal option and then click the ‘Place your order’ button. You will then be taken to Paypal where you will be asked to login and verify your order, before returning to Arredo Ltd once payment has been taken. Arrangements will only be made on your order once payment has been received.

Once you have successfully placed an order you will be sent an email confirming receipt and the details of your order. Your order represents an offer by you to purchase goods from us. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to check the confirmatory email and notify us immediately of any errors
info@arredo.co.uk. A follow up email will then be sent once the goods have been dispatched to you and it is only at this point in time that we accept your offer, are bound to fulfil it and a contract is formed.
 
If you wish to cancel an order before the order has been processed please email us info@arredo.co.uk as swiftly as possible quoting your order reference number. If the order has already been acted upon you will need to follow the instructions on our Returns and Refunds Policy.
 
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Arredo Ltd will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Returns and Refunds Policy. Non acceptance of an order may be a result of the following:
·         Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
·         The identification of a pricing or product description error
·         You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in Terms & Conditions
 
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services Representatives.
 
Delivery
The dispatch time of your order will depend on the individual products you have ordered and their availability, but we will endeavour to offer you the first available delivery date available.

Please note. We do not part dispatch orders therefore please check each products availability before ordering, especially if a particular item/s is more urgent than others. 
 
Returns/Refunds
Unwanted Items
We guarantee your satisfaction and all products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. This excludes furniture and lighting items which are special order i.e. ordered for a particular customer and are not held in stock and sale items.

If you wish to exercise this option you should contact us by e-mail in the first instance (
info@arredo.co.uk). Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging. We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties. Refunds will be made once the items are received by us and a confirmation e-mail will be sent advising the refund amount.

All returns must be re-saleable, unused or undamaged in any way and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.

Where a customer orders a special order item then subsequently has a change of mind they will be liable for the full cost of the product or, if it can be returned, a 40% return fee.

Postage costs will not be refunded.  We heavily subsidize postage costs and we reserve the right to withhold the full postage cost of sending out and the cost of collecting any items. Where items have been sent but postage has not been charged any refund will be credited, less the actual cost of delivery and/or collection.

We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made.

Refunds can not be given on unwanted bespoke items i.e. upholstery and special order items. It is up to the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the product specification before ordering and to ensure access is uninhibited.  Sale items are non-returnable
 
Damaged Items
Damaged or missing items (i.e. not enclosed within the delivery) must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt by e-mail. All original packaging MUST BE KEPT for inspection. We will respond and advise what course of action must be taken in these circumstances.
 
Description of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered on to the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions, appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. Please note that any colours shown are to be considered an approximation and may vary to the individual item.
 
Product Sizes
When ordering please check the dimensions of the product as photographic images can be deceptive. Measurements have been provided with each individual item where appropriate. The dimensions given are there for your guidance only and can vary slightly in size. Before ordering, please ensure that there is adequate room to take the furniture though any doorways and windows (if necessary), taking note of any restricted passageways, stairs and awkward turns. 
 
Payment
All prices are in £ Sterling unless you change the Currency yourself and are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
 
You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
 
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any material or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. 
 
To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law, you must:
·         Register by providing your real name, phone number, email address, payment details and other requested information
·         Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO Box numbers, hotels and accommodation address are not acceptable
·         Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable by us
 
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including and updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions. 
 
Kartell 15% discount promotion
Arredo will refund the 15% discount to the customers account after transaction is completed.
 
Data Protection
We reserve the right to keep all customer details on Arredo’s ordering system and a paper copy at our Head Office until we feel it is suitable to destroy them. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure all information remains confidential.
